supply voltage
– • Provides the power supply to the I/O pins and enables
all outputs to be powered independently of D-VDD.
• D-VDDQ can be tied to D-VDD or can be used as a
separate supply.
• It is recommended to power up D-VDDQ simultane-
ously with or after D-VDD to avoid data corruption.
D-VSS

Ground
–
It is the reference for the core power supply and must be
connected to the system ground.
D-VSSQ

Input/output
ground
–
It is the reference for the I/O circuitry driven by D-VDDQ
and must be connected to D-VSS.
